Passion doesn't happen magically ! Explore it.

Every Tom, Dick, and Harry has a passion. Do you know about your passion?

Will go with flow, first know what Passion is all about?
Passion is a fascinating or powerful excitement or feeling. It’s an emotion that drives you wild or crazy.  It could be about anything.
You could be passionate about driving, painting, singing, dancing, cooking or even, sleeping!

Everybody for sure bumped into their interest many times in your life but may be not recognized it as a passion. There are some very few lucky folks who figured it out when they were kids. Either they had supportive parents who allowed them to explore or they believe in themselves and do what they want.

If your passion lies in Photography or Painting and you are not sure if there is a future ahead in that field, then I suggest you to go ahead and study a course about digital photography/cameras and try to make a career in that because life is not all about money. There are things that make you happy.
Like I love photography, so yes I am enjoying clicking photos when I am free and may be in future I will make my career in same.

Most likely, more than 70% of the people had no conceivable idea what they were passionate about when they graduated from their high school or college and I'm sure most people reading this article falls under 70%. And if we did have an idea, then our parents/well-wishers comes into picture and then you know the result.

So if you want to find your passion, you must find out the activity you love to do. Then you have to practice or spend significant time with that interest, get your hands dirty.
Here are some steps you need to follow, which I feel we all should go thru and explore our passion.

 1. As I always say, dedicate some time for yourself - know about your happiness, your sorrow, your skills,  your past, and most importantly, your fundamental morals. List it down.
 2. Thoroughly examine your presentcheck where you are wasting your time and complication in your life  and timetable. How you will get time to pursue your passion.
 3. Investigate the demoralization points - i.e. things holding you back from your passion. This follows with  fears, no motivation, unanswered doubts and passions and most importantly why not go with your passion.
 4. Make a blue print of your future life - Make a rough sketch. How do you want your life to look and feel?
 5. Have a look on your finances and lifestyle - determine exactly how much money you need to support your  passion
 6. Excavation in to that - Trial with your possible passion for a period of time to know if it’s your area of  interest. If it’s not, pick another possible passion to discover.

 7. Continue with point 6  - Explore , explore and explore and here you go.
 8. Have faith  - Believe you are getting closer and closer to your passion.

I am sure all above step looks scary at first instant but if somebody follow this then he/she will see outstanding   results in his/her life.

The above process is all about of self-discovery and examines your passion; it can be fun and fulfilling.

So same question, do you really know yourself?  THINK AGAIN!

Keep Smiling,
Gurjot Singh

  2. Good Article.
Passion is an intense emotion or you can say a very strong feeling about a person or thing. To find your passion, just close your eyes now, take a deep breath, and listen to your inner self, and if you sensitive enough you will find the Purpose of your life, and this purpose is your passion. Living passion is like living life to fullest. Cheers!
