Sneeze with open eyes ....Now you can !

Guys, is it possible to sneeze without closing your eyes.

Let’s explore, however firstly will start with why do we sneeze?

We all know it’s good to breathe by nose, but when we inhale foreign particles, sensors come in to the picture and detect the unwanted materials. The sensors direct the cilia—tiny, hair like oars that link our nostrils and sinuses—to move to oust the stimulant.  Sneezing, also known as sternutation, in which your body act bit surprisingly and automatic remove an irritating particles from your nose. This procedure is ideal at early stage, and you don’t even imagine that cilia are at work.
But when you catch cold, a germ has made a temporary home there and instigating lots of itching and irritation.

Back to our core question!
There are numerous reasons for this, let's start with universal thinking.

People believe that your eyes could come out if you sneezed with them open. Lol

Another is we exhale air so fast (approx. 100mph) and as lot of pressure in the nasal cavity that we close our eyes automatically to protect them.

The medical term for a sneeze is the “sternutatory reflex”. Everybody sneeze, even animals do so. Technically, during sneeze, tremendous pressure is placed on the body. Extensive air stress is also place upon the eyes. Although , this pressure is not sufficient to pop your eyes come out of your face or even make them swell out, but enough to make your eyes feel uncomfortable from the added pressure. According to Dr. G.H. Drumheller of the International Rhinologic Society in Milan, we close our eyes when we sneeze in order to keep the eyes from “extruding”.

So no need to worry, if you try to open your eyes while sneezing, it will not come out. lol

Passion doesn't happen magically ! Explore it.

Every Tom, Dick, and Harry has a passion. Do you know about your passion?

Will go with flow, first know what Passion is all about?
Passion is a fascinating or powerful excitement or feeling. It’s an emotion that drives you wild or crazy.  It could be about anything.
You could be passionate about driving, painting, singing, dancing, cooking or even, sleeping!

Everybody for sure bumped into their interest many times in your life but may be not recognized it as a passion. There are some very few lucky folks who figured it out when they were kids. Either they had supportive parents who allowed them to explore or they believe in themselves and do what they want.

If your passion lies in Photography or Painting and you are not sure if there is a future ahead in that field, then I suggest you to go ahead and study a course about digital photography/cameras and try to make a career in that because life is not all about money. There are things that make you happy.
Like I love photography, so yes I am enjoying clicking photos when I am free and may be in future I will make my career in same.

Most likely, more than 70% of the people had no conceivable idea what they were passionate about when they graduated from their high school or college and I'm sure most people reading this article falls under 70%. And if we did have an idea, then our parents/well-wishers comes into picture and then you know the result.

So if you want to find your passion, you must find out the activity you love to do. Then you have to practice or spend significant time with that interest, get your hands dirty.
Here are some steps you need to follow, which I feel we all should go thru and explore our passion.

 1. As I always say, dedicate some time for yourself - know about your happiness, your sorrow, your skills,  your past, and most importantly, your fundamental morals. List it down.
 2. Thoroughly examine your present – check where you are wasting your time and complication in your life  and timetable. How you will get time to pursue your passion.
 3. Investigate the demoralization points - i.e. things holding you back from your passion. This follows with  fears, no motivation, unanswered doubts and passions and most importantly why not go with your passion.
 4. Make a blue print of your future life - Make a rough sketch. How do you want your life to look and feel?
 5. Have a look on your finances and lifestyle - determine exactly how much money you need to support your  passion
 6. Excavation in to that - Trial with your possible passion for a period of time to know if it’s your area of  interest. If it’s not, pick another possible passion to discover.

 7. Continue with point 6  - Explore , explore and explore and here you go.
 8. Have faith  - Believe you are getting closer and closer to your passion.

I am sure all above step looks scary at first instant but if somebody follow this then he/she will see outstanding   results in his/her life.

The above process is all about of self-discovery and examines your passion; it can be fun and fulfilling.

So same question, do you really know yourself?  THINK AGAIN!

My heart, Where are you ? Love is looking for you !

Once, I was thinking how to share my thoughts with my heart; people usually do when they are upset or feel sad and moreover, it’s free of cost.

But suddenly one question came into my mind where should I look, right side or left side of chest. I have seen in movies that actors usually touch the left side and feel it. I don’t believe it, so lets investigate.

As per Medical Science, heart is located in the middle of thorax (part of body between neck and abdomen) with slightly offset to the left.

That’s fine but then why heart beat(Dhak-Dhak) in left part of the body? It might be due to the slight left-ward lean why people often assume the heart is on the left side. The other reason is , the left ventricle of the heart pumps more aggressively than the right because it pumps to all body parts.

We have often seen heart symbol on cards &candy box in stylized shape. And too with red color isn’t surprising.

In European traditional art, heart shape is in artificial shape with red colour of blood and, in many cultures, it shows passion and strong emotion. The hearts have constituted, since the 15th century, one of the red suits in most playing card decks.

One question always made me wonder. Why LOVE is always related to the Heart???
According to some historians, the heart-shaped symbol that represents love and adoration has been here since the existence of man. Another reason is heart shape is recall a male reproductive organ or can also depict the human female body. I assume this might be the correct reason as Love and sex always walk together. ;)

Heyii Stop ! Don't Yawn, This Might Be A Kind Of Disease.

Have you ever wondered why we do yawn?  We all do it when we tired but do we know the reason?Researchers haven’t figured out the solution yet however lots of Myth or we can say man made theories are present in market, with little proof.

1.The very basic is we do it when we are tired or feel lack of Oxygen in our body. It’s not based on any facts but some doctors feel such deep breathing helps keep the lungs healthy. "Yawning would be like a homeostatic response to not breathing deeply".

2.The most recent theory on yawning concludes that it exists to cool down the brain. That open-mouthed yawn causes sinus walls to expand and contract like a roars, pumping air onto the brain, which lowers its temperature," reported by National Geographic channel.

3. Here is another and it’s true according to me. One study found that when shown videos of yawning, around 50 % of people also began yawning. Studies proof, it also happens among animals!.So here we can say, yawning can activate others to do the same.
Now question arise in my mind how come other people feel tired one by one or feel lack of oxygen. Funny !

4. Might be serious: Yawning may be happening because of Sickness
Excessive intake of any thing is dangerous to our body so same theory applies here, excessive yawning can be a signal that there's something wrong. It might be a heart problem caused by Vagus nerve according to the National Institutes of Health.

5. Even Fetus Can Yawn.
No one knows exactly why yet, but unborn babies do yawn.  I will surely update this post with new updates.
Nevertheless, you don’t need to worry just make babies and keep smiling.

Fact : The Average Yawn Lasts 6 Seconds

Keep smiling,
Gurjot

Strange sensation in leg ! Whats going on buddy.

Guys,

I was just wondering why my one leg fall asleep sometimes. Is this a physical body sickness?
My one foot is having strange sensation or sometime in middle of the night you feel that you can’t move your arm at all. HeHe what’s going on buddy???
So here is the reason, Very simple: when you put on some pressure for a prolonged period of time, you actually cut off communique from your brain to the parts of your body.
Actually the nerve impulses carry sensation info from body to the brain, as well as from the brain to the other parts of your body. And when you restrict the nerve pathways, you don't have full feeling in that body part, and your brain has anxiety telling the body part what next.
And once you do move your foot, the nerve impulses begin to flow properly again.

Gurjot
